Legal Tech Sales Development Representative (Contract)

About Wrk Receipts: Wrk Receipts is transforming workplace documentation through AI-powered technology. Our legal tech division connects employment attorneys with potential clients through our innovative documentation platform. We're seeking a driven SDR to help expand our attorney network and drive the adoption of our legal tech solutions.

Role Overview: As a Legal Tech SDR, you'll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads among employment law attorneys, focusing on firms that handle workplace rights, discrimination, and labor law cases. You'll work closely with our sales team to build our attorney network and drive platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads within the employment law community

• Conduct targeted outreach to law firms and solo practitioners

• Schedule demonstrations with potential attorney partners

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

• Research and identify key decision-makers within law firms

• Track and report on outreach metrics and conversion rates

• Participate in legal tech events and networking opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of B2B sales development experience

• Experience in legal tech or legal services is preferred

• Strong understanding of the legal industry and sales cycles

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
