Wrk Receipts™ Mark Usage Terms

We appreciate that our Users — as well as partners, vendors, and collaborators — may want to mention their relationship with Wrk Receipts™ or reference our product in their materials. These Mark Usage Terms (“Mark Usage Terms”) explain how you may reference or display our marks when describing your use of Wrk Receipts™.

Some uses of our marks require a written license. When that applies, the applicable license terms will control. In other cases, your use may be governed by a separate agreement with Worklution Inc. These Mark Usage Terms apply to all other uses of our marks not already covered by another agreement.
1. What We Mean by “Marks”
“Marks” refers to any names, logos, icons, design elements, trade dress, or other brand identifiers owned by Worklution Inc. in connection with Wrk Receipts™. This includes, but is not limited to:
The Wrk Receipts™ word mark
The Wrk Receipts™ stylized logo
Any Wrk Receipts™ icons or brand assets used to distinguish our technology, services, or platform
These examples are illustrative, not exhaustive. If you wish to use a mark not clearly covered here, please contact us for permission.
Our Marks are valuable intellectual property. By using our Marks as allowed under these terms, you acknowledge that:
Worklution Inc. is the sole owner of all Wrk Receipts™ Marks.
You will not challenge our ownership, registration, or use of any Mark.
All goodwill generated through your permitted use benefits Worklution Inc. exclusively.
2. Scope of Permission
The permission we grant you to use our Marks is limited:
You may only use our Marks as expressly permitted under these Mark Usage Terms.
Your permission is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
We may update these terms at any time, and you agree to adjust your usage within a reasonable period after notification.
We may review your use of the Marks and require changes to ensure compliance.
We may revoke permission at any time, at our discretion. If permission is revoked, you must immediately stop using the Marks and remove them from all materials and platforms.
3. General Rule
You may use Wrk Receipts™ Marks to truthfully describe your use of Wrk Receipts™, so long as your use does not:
Suggest endorsement or sponsorship by Worklution Inc.
Create confusion about your relationship with us
Mislead Users, customers, or the public in any way
Below are non-exhaustive examples of what is allowed and what is prohibited.
Do
You may:
Use our Marks in areas of your product, website, or communication that specifically relate to your use of Wrk Receipts™ (e.g., “Powered by Wrk Receipts™” or “Built using Wrk Receipts™ documentation features”).
Use the Wrk Receipts™ word mark in text without alteration to accurately reference our product or services.
Follow any brand, style, or usage guidelines we provide (and update your usage if guidelines change).
Don’t
You may not:
Use our Marks in ways not permitted by these Mark Usage Terms or any separate agreement.
Modify or alter our Marks in any way — including abbreviations, translations, stylization changes, or plurals.
Suggest endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation where none exists.
Display our Marks more prominently than your own brand.
Use our Marks in contexts unrelated to Wrk Receipts™ or our services.
Place our Marks on physical merchandise (swag, apparel, printed materials) without express written permission.
Combine our Marks with other elements to create a new mark or design.
Incorporate our Marks into your own trademarks, product names, company names, domain names, social handles, campaign names, or other identifiers.
Use Marks in any way that may harm, dilute, or negatively impact the Wrk Receipts™ brand.
Use the ™ or ® symbol after our Marks on your materials. We manage trademark symbol usage internally for consistency across regions.
