Wrk Receipts Lawyer Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Wrk Receipts Lawyer Referral Program (“Referral Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The Referral Program is open to registered attorneys who have an active Wrk Receipts account in good standing.

  • Referrals must also be licensed attorneys practicing employment law in the United States.

  • Referrals must be new to Wrk Receipts (not previously registered under any email or business name).

2. Referral Process

  • You may refer other attorneys by sharing your unique referral link or referral code.

  • A successful referral is defined as a new attorney who:

    1. Purchases either a marketplace leads package or an in-house leads subscription through Wrk Receipts

3. Rewards

  • For each successful referral, you will receive 1 free lead credit.

  • Lead credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

  • Credits will be issued to your account automatically within 7 business days of the referred attorney meeting the requirements.

4. Limits & Abuse

  • There is no cap on the number of attorneys you can refer.

  • Wrk Receipts reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral credits if:

    • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

    • Multiple signups are made by the same individual or organization

    • The referral violates our Terms of Use

5. Program Changes

  • Wrk Receipts may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, for any reason, without notice.

  • Any credits earned before termination will remain valid unless the participant has violated these terms.

6. Disclaimer

  • Participation in the Referral Program does not create any agency, partnership, or employment relationship between you and Wrk Receipts.

  • Wrk Receipts, a division of Worklution Inc., is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected referrals or system errors.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to this program shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the State of Delaware.
